Crust
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 2 sticks sweet cream butter (cold)
- About 15 tbsps cold water
- Let cool in refrigerator for 30mins-1hr
Filling
- 9 large Granny Smith apples
- 2/3 C brown sugar
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP cinnamon
- 1/4 TSP nutmeg
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP melted butter
- 2 TBSP flour
Cook at 350F until golden brown
