Beef & Veggie Bowl

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of seasoned ground turkey & beef mix (2 lbs 93% lean 7% fat fresh ground turkey + 3.31 lbs ground beef) cooked with:
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp Dash’s garlic herb seasoning
- 1 can Rotel mix
- 3 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 1/2 cup black beans 🌱 
- 1 cup sautéed onions & bell peppers (1 green bell pepper, 3 mini red bell peppers, 4 mini orange bell peppers, 6 mini yellow bell peppers, and 1/2 red onion sautéed with 2 tbsp olive oil) 🫑
- 1/2 cup fresh lettuce 🥗

 

Total Calories:
- Without sour cream & chicken sauce: 850 calories
- With sour cream & chicken sauce: 980 calories

Tip: Store these in the freezer to keep them fresh and extend their longevity. 🥶 And keep that lettuce in zip lock bags in the fridge, not the freezer, so it doesn’t get soggy! It makes reheating so much easier! ☺️
