Cheesy Baked Pasta
Ingredients
-1 can spaghetti sauce
-2.5 lbs ground Turkey
-1 box macaroni noodles (16 oz)
-About 3 cups of shredded cheese
-1/2 green bell pepper
-3 mini orange bell peppers
-1/4 red onion
-1/4 yellow onion
Season to taste with your choice of seasoning. I used Dash’s garlic and her seasoning, garlic power, pepper, and lawrys.
Instructions
*prep macaroni noodles according to box instructions*
1. In a large pan, sauté onions and bell peppers until semi soft.
2. Once semi soft, add in 2.5 lbs ground Turkey and cook until brown.
3. Season to taste with your choice of seasoning.
4. Once thoroughly cooked, add in 1 can spaghetti sauce. After pouring it out, I like to add a little water in and shake it up to get the remaining sauce out 😉
5. Season to taste (if necessary) and add a sprinkle of sugar. Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
*Preheat oven to 325*
6. Combine 16 oz of cooked macaroni noodles into the pasta sauce. Mix well.
7. Pour pasta into a baking dish. Cover with shredded cheese. I used about 3 cups.
8. Bake in over for 15 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned.
9. Let cool. Serve with garlic bread and salad 🥗
