Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Ingredients (Makes 9 Sliders):

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (@samsclub)
  • 1 pack @kingshawaiian sweet Hawaiian rolls (9-count)
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 4 slices Colby jack cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, fried until crispy
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions:

1️⃣ Fry the Bacon – Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the pan, let it cool, then crumble into small pieces.

2️⃣ Shred the Chicken – Remove about 2 cups of meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred it into bite-sized pieces.

3️⃣ Mix it Up – In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, chopped green onions, and half of the cheese. Stir everything together until well combined.

4️⃣ Prep the Rolls – Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected to create a top and bottom layer.

5️⃣ Assemble the Sliders – Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased baking dish. Layer with pepper jack or Colby jack cheese, then evenly spread the chicken bacon ranch mixture over the top. Add another layer of cheese, then place the top buns over everything.

6️⃣ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.

7️⃣ Butter Baste – Remove from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter for a soft, buttery finish.

8️⃣ Serve & Enjoy! – Slice into individual sliders and serve warm. Perfect for dipping in extra ranch or eating as is!
