Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Melt the Cheese

    • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the mozzarella, Velveeta, milk, and heavy cream.
    • Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Add Jalapeños and Seasonings

    • Stir in the diced jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, cumin, and chili powder.
    • Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
