Hot Honey Chicken Tenders
Hot Honey Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Lawrys seasoning
- 1 tsp Danos Seasoning Original
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- Butter, for sauce
- ¼ cup Mikes Hot Honey 🔥
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the Chicken – In a bowl, season the chicken tenders with garlic powder, Lawry’s seasoning, Dano’s seasoning, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
2️⃣ Batter the Tenders –
- Dredge each seasoned tender in flour, making sure it’s fully coated.
- Dip into the beaten egg.
- Finally, coat in seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help them stick.
3️⃣ Fry Until Crispy – Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry the tenders until golden brown and crispy (about 5-6 minutes). Drain on a wire rack or paper towels.
4️⃣ Make the Hot Honey Sauce – In a pan, melt butter over low heat, then stir in Mike’s Hot Honey. Heat until fully combined, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly (it should be warm but not solidified).
5️⃣ Coat & Serve – Toss the crispy tenders in the hot honey butter sauce and serve immediately with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
