Lasagna Soup

Homemade sauce:

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion power
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 beefsteak tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small orange bell pepper
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small yellow bell pepper
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- Drizzle of olive oil

Meat:

- ground beef
- Italian sausage
- Lawry’s seasoned salt to taste

Ricotta topping

- 2 to 3 generous scoops of ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- 1/4 cup Italian cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Other ingredients used:

- around 8 lasagna noodles broken into fourths
- 4 cups chicken stock (adjust as desired)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp red cooking wine
- 1 vine of rosemary
- Parsley
- Garlic bread
