Sweet Banana Bread With Pecans

Ingredients:

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt (I used fine sea salt)
- 1 egg (doesn’t have to be room temp)
- 3 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 5 mushy bananas
- 3 1/4 cups pecans
*bake at 325F for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean*
